JS and CSS customization.
- Changes made on the overall site CSS page can take awhile to show up.
- 5 minutes can be enough time with Ctrl-F5, etc..
- Lately, it seems to take effect right away with Ctrl-F5, etc..
- User CSS page changes take around 15 seconds to show up with Ctrl-F5, etc.
